Dani Robbins has served over 20 years in the Non Profit arena, the majority in Executive Leadership positions. Dani’s areas of expertise are Strategic and Tactical Planning, Board Governance and Resource Development, Change Management, Executive Searches, Operational Coaching, Capacity Building, Risk Management and Grant Writing. She also mentors new and aspiring Executive Directors.

Dani has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, a Bachelor’s from Kent State University, and is a graduate of Leadership Akron Class 22 and the Advanced Leadership Program offered by Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She is the 2006 recipient of the Vision and Spirit Award from the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Midwest Regional Office and various organizations under her direction have been awarded multiple regional and national BGCA awards for programming, web design and media proficiency.

Dani is the co-author of the Innovative Leadership Workbook for Nonprofit Executives, and the author of a blog on issues relating to nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbus Metropolitan Club.
