We are a full service Medical Clinic specializing in naturopathic and functional medicine, clinical nutrition, and lifestyle management.

Functional Medicine addresses the underlying causes of disease, using a systems-oriented approach, this engages the patient and doctor in a healing partnership.

Edgewater Natural Family Medicine has two locations to serve all of your healthcare needs, located in St Cloud and Alexandria, MN.
Dr. Lee Aberle is available for appointments in both locations.
We believe in an integrative healthcare approach and offer a number of additional services, such as health coaching, massage therapy, counseling, acupuncture, thermography, midwifery and homeopathy at our locations.

What to expect for your first visit
Your first visit will consist of a Body Composition Analysis (BIA) and then your visit with the doctor. Depending on your needs, the doctor may start treatment right away, but it is normal on the first visit for the doctor to gather information and then finalize a treatment plan on the second visit. This depends on the complexity of your case and goals.
We ask that you fill out an intake form ahead of time. This will save the doctor time in your appointment, which will save you money. New patients who do not have this paperwork prepared 1 week ahead of time may have their appointment rescheduled at the doctor's discretion.
The doctor will work with you to find an effective treatment plan that matches your health goals and budget whether those goals are slow and steady, or aggressive and fast.
Your Power2Patient intake form must be completed 1 week BEFORE your scheduled appointment.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT:
- ALL SUPPLEMENTS, vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathic, and pharmaceuticals that YOU ARE CURRENTLY TAKING
- ANY LAB RESULTS you have had completed in the past few years.
The No Surprises Act requires all medical practices to provide for all Out-Of-Network and Uninsured
Patients with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). The purpose of the GFE is to provide patients with upfront
information on the costs of medical services including visits with Health Care Providers (HCP), potential
lab testing, health care codes, and other fees.
