We are a licensed child care facility, licensed by the State of Minnesota. As a facility, we are mandated reporters and are required to report any suspected abuse or neglect. A copy of the Licensing Rule can be obtained from DHS Services-Child Care Licensing or you may review our copy. We are licensed to Creative Stars Academy was developed to offer Rochester, MN and the surrounding areas an opportunity to be part of a full-service, Christ-centered early childhood atmosphere. Our program is excited to offer a much needed service to the area, and one that has never existed prior to Creative Stars Academy. Our early childhood facility offers child care and education for children ages 6 weeks\u2014the first day of Kindergarten. Our academy is eager to show the community what we have to offer.<\/p>\n Included in our program is a well-rounded staff of Early Childhood Experts who share and value the same beliefs and are ready to share their knowledge with the public. Additionally, our staff is highly trained and receives ongoing professional development to ensure best practices are consistently implemented with each and every child in our program. Creative Stars Academy promotes each child’s Social and Emotional, Physical, Cognitive, and Language development. Each of these items aid in the individualized care and education our children receive to help ensure all children are ready to enter Kindergarten by the time they graduate our program.
